Training and coaching are essential to the success of the banner. We offer a complete training once you become a franchisee. During an intensive two-week training session, you will have the opportunity to learn practical operations and management skills. This training takes place at our training centre in Saint-Hyacinthe.
In addition to a comprehensive operations and management guide supplied to new franchisees, Valentine offers ongoing support to its members to ensure the efficient operations of the restaurant.
Construction and equipment: In order to offer you a peace of mind, every step of the construction management of the project will be led by the corporate office team
Operational Support: The operations team consists of managers with extensive experience in operations. Territory managers provide ongoing support, from the opening of your restaurant to the current operations.
Marketing and Promotion: In addition to the National marketing structure, franchisees have an ongoing access to a team of marketing consultants to help them boost their restaurant sales through strategic marketing actions.
Accounting Support: The finance team consists of qualified personnel to assist you in the accounting aspect of your restaurant. You will be supported from the beginning to manage your finances, up to complete autonomy.
Supply: The Valentine distribution center delivers merchandise to all franchise members. There are more than 300 products in inventory, including food, equipment, promotional materials, etc.
